The SS450 NC-slitter Scorer machine is located between the double facer machine and the cut off machine on the corrugated board production line. The creasing unit is responsible for creasing according to the folding requirements of the box sheet, and the slitting unit is responsible for slitting and trimming according to the size of the box sheet.
Computerized scheduling,tools changing are driven by AC servo system,automatic switching of creasing methods.
Automatically adjust the creasing depth by AC servo system according to the order requirements.
Automatic lubrication and automatic knife sharpening.
Automatic synchronization of production line speed.
Automatically change orders according to the AOC system or production management system.
Independent AC servo driving,the time for tools scheduling is less than 1 second, and independent pneumatic driving,the time for tools up and down is less than 0.5 seconds.
Electric left and right machine position correction. Optional automatic correction.

Servo adjustment automatic waste suction port device.
The frame structure makes the machine stable and reliable, and easy to maintain and upgrade.
The upper and lower rollers have the same size, with a large creasing wheel with a diameter of 200MM.
Independent flat pressure roller design, maximum to meet the printing surface requirements of full-page printing.
AC servo control of the overall lifting of the pressure roller, ensuring consistent depth and pressure of the crease, resulting in a more perfect crease effect.
Three creasing methods can be automatically switched.
AC servo drives the AC servo motor to directly control the depth of the crease.
AC servo controller drives AC servo motor, combined with precision ball screw and linear guide, to ensure the positioning accuracy of tool arrangement and wire arrangement.
Double row creasing wheels, independently controlled by servos, achieve perfect zero creasing.
The integral flat pressure roller can be completely switched within 0.1 second.
The electrical control cabinet is independently designed, integrated with the machinery, and provides space for mechanical maintenance and repair.
Touch screen and control panel dual operation improve the stability and flexibility of the operating system.
Intelligent maintenance function, convenient equipment maintenance management.
Remote maintenance function, timely fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
