The automatic down-stacker DS350 is located at the end of the corrugated cardboard production line, receiving the cardboard from the cutoff, sending it to the basket stacker through the conveying belt. It stacks according to the preset number of sheets, and finally outputs the stacked cardboard horizontally.
The stacker automatically operated according to the program design, the process of automatic counting, transportation, stacking, and horizontal output does not require manual intervention.
It can be connected to the production management system to automatically track the speed of the production line, and automatically change orders and stacks without stopping the machine.
Connected to the production management system and automatic ground logistics system, unmanned operation of the stacker can be achieved.
Down-stacker, stepless adjustment of falling speed and position, automatic lateral output, can achieve a standard stacking height of 1800mm per stack (stacking height can be customized by customers according to actual site and storage requirements).
