The fully integrated line control technology for corrugated cardboard production, developed by the company, includes the Raw Material Control Center, the Wet End Control Center, the Dry End Control Center, and the Finished Product Storage and Transportation Control Center.


The Raw Material Control Center encompasses the entire inbound process of raw paper and the outbound process of raw paper. The Wet End Control Center can distribute data to the double facer and single facer systems based on the material formula database and changes in orders from the production management system. It intelligently recognizes environmental humidity, raw paper moisture, material characteristics, speed, and glue properties, among other factors.


The Dry End equipment can operate automatically and synchronize seamlessly, allowing for systematic control and data-driven intelligent management. This includes report analysis, paper feeding statistics, logistics packing efficiency statistics, automatic waste cutting and elimination, multi-terminal remote monitoring, and automatic fault reporting.


The Finished Product Storage and Transportation Control Center automatically controls the transportation of the cardboard to designated stations, ensuring smooth, rapid, and efficient delivery while centrally monitoring and managing logistics equipment.
